Delivery options for each product are defined by the delivery costs set by the supplier. Each order is sent to you directly by the supplier of the chosen product. Suppliers set their own timings for delivery, and follow this guide to make sure their delivery prices are fair and reasonable.

Because our sellers carry out their own postage the costs may differ. Actual delivery costs will be shown when a product has been added to your basket. If you feel the delivery charge a supplier asks for is unfair then please contact the support team email at email@example.com.
Delivery charges are not set on a per product basis. For example if you purchase 3 items from one supplier and 2 items from another (totalling 5 items), you will only incur 2x delivery charges which are broken down and visible within your basket at the point of checkout.
Delivery is normally within two - four working days, and often much sooner.
You will be notified once you items have been despatched and if you want more information about delivery for a product that you’ve already ordered, please get in touch with AskGym directly. You can do this using the contact link on your order confirmation email or the ‘Order Support’ page shown on the store.
Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). If this happens we will let you know. We’ll be doing our best to sort it out for you and on occasion if your product has been lost during its journey we will send out a replacement straight away. Once your order is on its way, the AskGym team will be in touch again to let you know when you should expect it.
If you take advantage of a discount (such as 10% off), the reduction is applied only to the price of the product you’ve chosen, not the delivery cost. Free delivery offers will normally standard UK delivery only.
We pride ourselves on high levels of service and customer satisfaction, but occasionally orders may arrive and not be to your exact expectations. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or product exchange.
It normally takes between 2-3 weeks to process a refund. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
If you have received a damaged item, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item. If you’d like to exchange an item for something else, you can exchange it for a different flavour or size with the same product value. Just click the returns form below and follow the instructions.
